Nick Panchev. Age 64:  Principal Architect Reg. C25314,  is a California registered architect.  He has a combined education of nine years in the University of Southern California, California State University Los Angeles and UBC, with credentials in architecture, engineering, building and appraisal.  Mr. Panchev is a licensed broker as well.  Mr. Panchev has experience as a project manager involved with the following firms and government agencies: Judd Perkins, DMJM, Maxwell Starkman, Oppenheimer, Ralph M .Parsons, Southern California Edison, Department of Defense (DOD), Camp Pendleton, Long Beach Naval Station, and El Toro / Tustin Naval Station.


Professional Associate is a graduate from the University of Southern California in architecture.  An honors alumni, with three awards from the late dean, his education totals seven years, two of which were dedicated to bioscience from the University of California San Diego. Associate is a LEED accredited professional and his Architect's registration is pending.  His experience includes three years involved with Perkins + Will in healthcare and medical related projects.
