Forbidden City Casino Schematic
Design 2006, Based on a niche design of China's Forbidden City
and Great
Wall. Forbidden City Casino is a revision of a previously approved
Dynasty Forbidden City
schematic design in Clark County. Full schematic designs of this
hospitality resort include all tables, slots, restaurants, bars,
parking, and
hotel plus amenities. Included also were entitlement processing,
construction cost estimation, operation cost estimation and
profitability estimation. Forbidden City Casino was designed with
a four level parking garage, two levels of casino, restaurants, bars
and lounges, at a total of 100,000 sq. ft., with 624 hotel rooms.
The resort would stand 18 floors high on roughly eight acres. |
